Y Honors is an opportunity to honor the outstanding achievements of individuals who have distinguished themselves as leaders in our community - not only bettering themselves and their organizations - but also making significant contributions to improving the quality of life in the Delaware Valley. Whether in service to the YMCA or through other local and national charitable organizations, these leaders demonstrate a tireless commitment to nurturing children, strengthening families, building strong communities and developing healthy spirits, minds and bodies for all.
This year's theme, Championing Our Youth, will highlight all the ways the Y can provide services from an early age all the way through young adulthood. We are here to improve the lives of the youth we serve and make important programs available to all through our Financial Assistance Program.
Championing our youth!
This recognition is presented to those who exemplify the Y’s core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility. Join us to celebrate their impact on the Greater Philadelphia Area!

Meteorologist Adam Joseph joined the Action Newsweather team in April of 2005, and is currently the weekday meteorologist on Action News at 4pm, 5:30pm and Action News at 10pm.
Adam graduated from Lyndon State College with a Bachelor of Science in 2000. His first on-air experience came in 1998 when he forecasted and anchored the weather on LSC-TV. Looking back, he laughs at his green performance, but cherishes the experience Lyndon was able to give him prior to achieving a degree.

We are excited to host our 2024 Y honors at the Elstowe Manor. This mansion located at the Elkins Estate was built in 1898 by William L. Elkins and the interior was designed by French interior designers Allard et Fils, with beautiful frescoed ceilings, carved panels, marble columns, and breathtaking crystal chandeliers. The rooms are adorned with gold leafing and exquisite gilded molding.
