The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is extending our employee referral program to our members!
Our organization is always looking for staff who are dedicated to providing our members with a best in class experience! If you know someone who would make an amazing team member let us know! We are offering $250 in account credit* for successful referrals to roles across our branches. You can apply the account credit to any of our services at the Y - from monthly dues, to program fees, to personal training, and more.

Child Care Staff
Our Child Care staff are caring, kind, and nurturing to children of all ages. We provide opportunities to become certified in a wide variety of unique and exciting roles.
The Greater Philadelphia YMCA offers in branch child care, early learning care, school age care, and state access pre-k.

If we hire your referral, we will add a $250 credit* to your account! Our team will follow up with potential candidates to schedule interviews. Thank you for being a valued member of our Y!
*$250 credit will be applied to referring member’s account upon completion of 90 days of continued employment by new employee. Credit is solely for account use, and will not be paid out in cash. Referring member has 12 months (one calendar year) from date of credit to redeem; any unused amount is forfeited. Offer not applicable to merchandise, secondary or pass-through fees, or costs related to third parties. New employee must pass background check and meet minimum employment qualifications for credit to qualify.
