- Create fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities that help kids learn and build self-esteem
- Plan and implement curriculum that sparks curiosity and encourages positive behavior
- Observe and document children’s growth, behavior, and learning, sharing insights with families as needed
- Communicate kindly and effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s program experience
- Keep attendance, emergency info, allergy reports, and other program paperwork accurate and up to date
- Maintain organized, safe, and inviting learning spaces with high-quality materials
